Every project involves a planning and preparation phase prior to construction (2-4 weeks estimate). Bath remodel construction phase will take 2-5 weeks approximately and kitchen remodel construction phase will take 3-8 weeks approximately. *Please note that this will depend on every project.
Any project involving construction—adding/removing walls, complete kitchen/bath remodels will require a permit.
We do the design and the management of the project from the beginning to the end. We work with highly skilled and trustworthy trade partners.
G&S Remodeling is a full-service residential remodeling company. Our specialties are bathroom and kitchen remodels, building additions (family rooms, 2nd floor, garage, primary suite). We also offer elevator additions.
We do not charge for an estimate. When you work with G&S Remodeling, the collaboration between our customers and us is the key factor for achieving our customers’ vision for their home.
